1. Definitions
For purposes of this document, the following terms have the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise. Platform means the Global SMS Verification Platform, its APIs, dashboards, and hosted services. Client means any organization or legal entity that subscribes to or uses the Platform. OTP means a one time password used to verify a user’s identity or access. Fake number otp refers to attempts to use non verifiable or non assigned numbers to bypass verification; the Platform does not support or assist such activities. megapersonal is referenced as a virtual number provider; megapersonal pools may be used in accordance with regional rules and legitimate business needs. Vietnam denotes the regional market with its own regulatory and privacy requirements. Free SMS for verification means a defined quota of verification messages offered at no charge for onboarding, testing, and QA. API refers to the Platform's application programming interface. SLA means the service level agreement detailing uptime, performance, and support commitments. PII means personally identifiable information as defined by applicable law and regulation.
2. Scope
The Platform provides virtual numbers, SMS routing, and OTP delivery capabilities to support verification workflows, onboarding, and customer engagement. The primary value proposition centers on reliable free verification messages for testing, followed by scalable usage and commercial terms for production environments. The architecture encompasses API access for number provisioning, OTP dispatch, sender ID customization, webhook event delivery, and robust reporting. 3. Allowed Use and Free SMS for Verification

The Free SMS for verification tier provides a baseline quota to support onboarding and QA environments. The Free SMS for verification is subject to compliance checks and anti abuse controls. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate free credentials if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected. Free verification should not be used to circumvent security, degrade protection, or facilitate illicit activity.
4. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to the use of the Platform to generate fraudulent OTP requests, to deploy fake number otp schemes, to misrepresent recipients, or to access accounts without proper authorization. The Platform prohibits the use of virtual numbers or sender identities that are not owned or controlled by the Client or for which the Client lacks explicit consent for data processing. Attempts to spoof sender information, bypass rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in mass unsolicited OTP campaigns are strictly forbidden. The Platform employs fraud detection, carrier level checks, and anomaly detection to protect the integrity of the network and the Client’s reputation. Any activity that undermines security, privacy, or compliance will trigger immediate assessment, potential suspension, and possible legal action as permitted by applicable law.
5. Technical Architecture and How It Works
The Platform operates on a modular, microservices based architecture designed for scalability, reliability, and security. Core components include a Numbers Gateway sourcing virtual numbers from vetted providers, including megapersonal pools where appropriate, a Routing Engine that selects optimal carriers based on destination, a Delivery Layer that composes and dispatches MT SMS while respecting local regulatory rules, and a Telemetry subsystem that records delivery receipts, statuses, timestamps, and analytics.
